Today’s “chip” technology is fatally flawed.
It works by turning data into long strings of 0s and 1s, and then transmitting the data across a network.
In other words, whenever you send an email… browse the news… shop online… book a vacation… download a software update… watch crazy cat videos… update your fantasy football team… or check your bank balance…
Your data traverses the internet as 0s and 1s.
Behind the scenes, it looks like this…
Transmitting data in such a way is dangerous for two reasons…
First, the numerical values of the 0s and 1s never change.
Second, the sequences of the 0s and 1s never change.
The result?
When data is fixed and unchanging…
Any average fifth-grader can steal your 0s and 1s, and then easily put them back together.
As for professional-level hackers?
Well, it’s like taking candy from a baby!
Within seconds of breaching a network, your 0s and 1s belong to them — which can be a bank password, your tax returns, your photos, access to your emails, etc.
Worse yet, as we learned last year…
Larger-scale hacks can bring a country to its knees.
Scary, right?
Bottom line, since existing “chip” technology is fatally flawed…
We’ll never be able to stop hackers.
Not today.
Not tomorrow.
Not next year.
But quantum technology

Yet Google’s quantum microchip (“Sycamore”) recently passed the test.
After simulating every possibility and potential a million times…
Sycamore did the impossible — it predicted the output of a random-number generator.

It only took Sycamore 200 seconds to ace the test.
How long would it take the world’s fastest supercomputer?
Roughly 10,000 years, according to scientists.
“To our knowledge, this experiment marks the first computation that can be performed only on a quantum processor,” said Google’s artificial intelligence team.
Now, surely I have a few remaining skeptics out there… and a few others planning to wait and see if quantum technology lives up to the buzz I’ve created here today.
Allow me to applaud your caution.
When it comes to investing, nothing can ever be guaranteed.
So a bit of pessimism is very helpful.
Yet it’s also worth sharing a quote from CNBC, because it’s both brilliant and powerful…
Do you suffer from “wait and see” investing?
You wait for a trend or catalyst to start moving the market… wait for the mainstream media to validate it… wait for your brokerage to release a full report… wait for your newspaper’s opinion editor to write about it… and only then do you commit to invest?
Good luck making money… because you’ll need it.
In real-life, “wait and see” investing can potentially cost thousands… hundreds of thousands… heck millions, depending on how many shares you typically buy.
From my experience, the 80/20 rule easily applies here.
A stock’s first leg higher — which occurs before any news hits — is typically the most aggressive, constituting 80% of the overall gains. By that point, the remaining 20% (the leftovers) are split among “wait and see” investors.
With that in mind, I believe quantum technology demands your immediate attention…
